She had the desire to cook for years. Theresa began catering over 20 years ago with various experiences such as the opening of her own restaurant.
Theresa loves the freedom and joy that catering provides her.
She enjoys cooking, assisting with planning events, and the special friendships that it has gathered.

Theresa is a classically trained caterer. Owner, Theresa Hatch, has spent over 20 years honing her skills in some of the most luxurious and finest eateries with a variety of diverse traditions.
We offer full service for weddings, corporate events, funeral repass or just delivery and set up for parties and informal events. Our catering packages are fully customizable, and you get to design your own menu.
